Trust Embodied 

This is a practice of no written rules, you are encouraged to move freely and authentically through this guided flow. This sequence will merge old traditions and new perspective to allow an ecstatic vibration of all of your cells. Squeeze back into the seed of yourself, that deep place at the center of your body and soul, turn off the mind and move from a place of deep trust and self knowing. Let us unite and rebirth leaving behind any old patterns or thoughts that no longer serve us, so that we may step into our embodied God/Goddess with grace, ease unwavering trust.

I serve a purpose in this world to help all people who are willing to live their truth. I especially feel it is important to aid women in their process of self discovery, embodiment, strength and grace. I honor the Goddess, the women that are fierce yet gentle. Those who are the first to get up and dance, those who are committed to living in their bodies and encouraging others to liberate their true calling!

And to our brothers whom we need to be strong and aware, the men who do not cower in our beauty or try and dismiss out power. Rather we call upon the men who are ready to reflect our light.
